What are your payment terms?

We require payments in instalments during the development process.

• initial deposit of 30%
• 30% after the design stage
• remaining 40% on project completion

Are face to face meetings required?

No, we can successfully complete your website using email and telephone if you are not local to the Southwest of Western Australia.

Who owns the copyright to the finished site?

Once the final payment is received, you have total ownership of your website.

Can you redesign my existing site?

Yes, we are happy to give your current site a redesign.

How do I supply text and image content?

Electronic format is the preferred form (digital images, text in Microsoft Word or similar). If this is not possible we can help you to prepare your content.

What sort of content do I need to supply?

• any current promotional material (print form) that may be relevant
• digital images
• written content
• logos

We can assist you to obtain these materials.

Who is responsible for writing the website text?

Our packages exclude content writing, so you will need to supply us with the text. If you don't want to write the content, we are happy to do this for you at an hourly rate of $80AUD.

Are there any hidden costs during the development process?

No, all of our package prices are fixed, so you will receive all the features of your chosen package with no nasty surprises. If you require extra features or pages in addition to your package inclusions during development, this may incur extra charges.

Can email be set up with my website?

Yes.

How will I know how many people are visiting my site?

We will send you a regular graphical report which will tell you how many people are accessing your site.

How can my Ecommerce store accept credit cards?

How do I get my site noticed on Google?

You don't have to do anything. All of our websites are optimised for search engines to target your potential customers. It may take a few weeks or months for the search engines to list your website in their directories and results are variable depending upon competition for the keywords chosen for your site.
